By voice

A long task is quicker to say than to type. Hold the mic button and talk: your voice goes from your browser to the machine, and Claude Code turns it into text at its prompt.

How to start

  1. 1 Open your machine from the Dashboard and start claude on the Terminal tab.
  2. 2 Turn voice on once: type /voice and press Enter.
  3. 3 Press and hold the mic button above the terminal, or Space. The first time, your browser asks about the microphone: allow it.
  4. 4 Talk while you hold. Let go and the text appears at Claude Code's prompt: fix it if needed and press Enter.

The dictation language is set beside the mic button.

Needs a Claude plan; voice does not work with an API key.

Work with the machine any way you like
