A VPS of your own
A virtual machine of your own, a VPS, not an account on somebody else's. Typically Linux (Ubuntu LTS today), with at least 1 vCPU, 4 GB of memory and 40 GB of SSD, usually in a European datacentre, and a public address of its own, an IPv4 at the moment.
You are the only resident and you have full root access, with a headless Chrome for agents that log into websites. There are two ways in: the terminal built into your dashboard, which needs nothing installed on your side, or ordinary SSH once you have added your key.
Mini, a container
A Mini is a container of its own on a server of ours that other Minis share: 1 vCPU, 1 GB of memory and 10 GB of disk, typically with about 7 GB free for your files. It suits agents that work through mail, Telegram and APIs.
You have root inside it, and the same two ways in: the terminal in your dashboard, or SSH. It has no browser, no Docker and no public IPv4 of its own: it goes out through its own IPv6 address or the server's shared IPv4, and you reach it by name.
We hold access to it from that server, which the Acceptable Use Policy spells out.
Pre-installed Claude Code
Claude Code is already installed when the machine reaches you, the way Anthropic publishes it, and it updates itself daily. A working folder is waiting with a starter CLAUDE.md describing the machine, which is usually the first file people edit.
Around it we install the tools an agent needs for office work rather than only the ones a programmer needs: Node and Python, spreadsheet and document libraries, PDF tools and text recognition in English and Russian, and on a VPS a headless Chrome. The exact list moves as we learn what the cases actually call for.
Your own Anthropic account
Claude runs on your own Anthropic account. If you already have one, you can use it. You sign in once from the browser terminal and pay Anthropic directly for whatever your agents use: no markup from us, no shared pool, no quota that we set.
We never see, hold or store those credentials, which is also why nobody here can spend on your behalf or read what you say to the model. We recommend a Claude Pro or Max plan rather than API billing: that is what Claude Code is priced for, and an agent working through the night costs far more per token on the API.
Managed agents
A managed agent is one of your agents that our team looks after. It lives in a folder on the Projects tab that we may work on, and it needs a computer.
24/7: we make sure it works around the clock. We watch it, start it again when it stops, and fix it when something breaks it: a website that changed, a login that expired, an update.
24/7 + best practices: all of that, and we keep it on the latest best practices. When Claude Code or the way agents are built moves on, we rework it so it stays reliable, fast and cheap to run. It also brings a 30 minute call each quarter to go through it together, and a seat in the weekly room where customers bring their own agents.
It can be one of the agents from our masterclass library, or one you already have. We look at it before we take it on.
Masterclasses
A masterclass is one of our written cases walked through on camera by the person who built it: how it was put together, with what, what it cost, what broke and what they would not do again.
The library is every recording, every new one as it lands, and the weekly live room where they are made; the recordings are in Russian for now. A smaller weekly room where you bring your own agent comes with any agent kept on best practices. A computer on its own opens none of them. The written cases stay free for everybody, plan or no plan.
The library also brings the members' chat in Telegram: questions to Andy and Slava, experience with agents, feedback on the masterclasses, and announcements. You give your Telegram username on your dashboard and we add you.
Backups
A VPS is backed up once a day, the whole disk, and about a week of copies is kept, the oldest rotated out as a new one lands. Backups come with any managed agent on it, or on their own as an add-on.
A backup is a whole-disk image and not a file history: restoring puts the machine back as it was that night, so it covers wrecking your own machine rather than recovering the one spreadsheet you deleted this morning. The copies sit with the server, so keep your own copy of anything you truly cannot lose.
A Mini keeps a daily snapshot of itself instead, about a week of them, included. They sit on the same host as the Mini, so they undo a mistake and are not a backup.
Personal consultation
You ask for half an hour with the team, one to one, at a time that suits you. The subject is yours: which agent to start with, how to wire it to your mail and Telegram, or why the one already running has started behaving oddly.
You ask on your dashboard and we come back with a time. It is neither compulsory nor urgent: the heading above is how often you may, not how often you should, and the dashboard says how many you have left. A separate hour one to one is still on sale by itself, on any plan or none.
This is what a plan gets today. We are early and our own costs move, so these details can change; if a change ever takes away something you are paying for, the Terms of Service let you cancel and have the unused part back.

Before you order
Can anyone here read my Claude chats?
No. The chats in the Claude app are not available to us. The files on your server are private: we do not look at them in the ordinary course of business, and nothing of ours monitors them. A person from our team looks only if you ask us to, if you share a project with our team on a plan that includes it, if we have a specific reason to suspect a security incident on the machine, or if a UK or EU court or authority requires it by law. Clause 8 of the Terms of Service sets out each case and its limits. You can always encrypt your files; separate instructions for that are coming.
Is a Claude licence or API access included in the subscription?
No. You bring your own Anthropic account. We recommend a Claude Pro or Max plan rather than API billing: that is what Claude Code is priced for, and an agent working through the night costs far more per token on the API.
Can I use the server for agents other than Claude?
Technically yes: it is a Linux machine and it is yours. We cannot support anything else properly yet, so whatever you install beside Claude Code you are running on your own. We will widen support to other agents as we go.
What are the limitations?
No information security work of any kind, no spam, no reselling the machine as hosting, and nothing unlawful, including anything that breaks UK, US or EU rules on sanctions and trade restrictions. The complete list is in the Acceptable Use Policy. If you are in any doubt, ask us before you order.
Do I need a subscription to book a one to one call?
No. The hour above is bought on its own, with a plan or without one. Describe what you need in some detail when you ask, so we can be sure we are able to help and come to the call prepared.
Can I pay in another currency?
Prices are in euro in Europe and in US dollars everywhere else, and every price is the whole price: VAT is included where it applies. Your account pays in the currency of its first payment. Any international Visa or Mastercard works whatever currency the card is in, and your bank does the conversion.
Can I pay for the content alone?
Yes. Content is the masterclass library and the weekly live room, with no machine under it. The written cases stay free for everybody to read, subscription or not.
How often does a new masterclass come out?
In English they are just starting: the ones out so far are in the catalogue, and new ones follow as they are recorded.
