VPS server
A virtual machine of your own, not an account on somebody else's. Typically Linux (Ubuntu LTS today), with at least 1 vCPU, 4 GB of memory and 40 GB of SSD, usually in a European datacentre, and a public address of its own, an IPv4 at the moment.
You are the only resident and you have full root access, so the machine can be configured however your work needs. There are two ways in: the terminal built into your dashboard, which needs nothing installed on your side, or ordinary SSH once you have added your key.
Pre-installed Claude Code
Claude Code is already installed when the machine reaches you, the way Anthropic publishes it, and it updates itself daily. A working folder is waiting with a starter CLAUDE.md describing the machine, which is usually the first file people edit.
Around it we install the tools an agent needs for office work rather than only the ones a programmer needs: Node and Python, a headless Chrome, spreadsheet and document libraries, PDF tools and text recognition in English and Russian. The exact list moves as we learn what the cases actually call for.
Your own Anthropic account
Claude runs on your Anthropic account, never on ours. You sign in once from the browser terminal and pay Anthropic directly for whatever your agents use: no markup from us, no shared pool, no quota that we set.
We never see, hold or store those credentials, which is also why nobody here can spend on your behalf or read what you say to the model. We recommend a Claude Pro or Max plan rather than API billing: that is what Claude Code is priced for, and an agent working through the night costs far more per token on the API.
Your pre-configured agents, 24/7: email, Telegram, browser
The machine is set up for work that happens while nobody is watching. It gets a mailbox of its own, so forwarding an invoice or a report to it is how a job starts. Only senders on the list you control can give it instructions; anything else is treated as material to work on and never as an order.
Telegram is installed and waiting for a bot token, which you create yourself and paste in as one line. Chrome is on the machine and its screen is visible from your dashboard, so an agent can browse, fill in forms and take screenshots while you watch it happen.
What the agents actually do is yours to write. We hand over the machine ready for them, with a run cap and a timeout, so a loop between two automated systems cannot spend a month of your Anthropic budget overnight.
Masterclasses
A masterclass is one of our written cases walked through on camera by the person who built it: how it was put together, with what, what it cost, what broke and what they would not do again.
Start opens one masterclass a month, whichever one you pick. Basic opens the whole library of recordings, and every new one as it lands. PRO puts you in the room while a recording is made, with a question of your own to put to the author there. The written cases stay free for everybody, plan or no plan.
Backups
On PRO the whole machine is snapshotted once a day, and about a week of those is kept, the oldest rotated out as a new one lands.
It is a whole-disk image and not a file history: restoring puts the machine back as it was that night, so it covers wrecking your own machine rather than recovering the one spreadsheet you deleted this morning. The copies sit with the server, so keep your own copy of anything you truly cannot lose.
Basic has no backups. You can move up to PRO whenever you like, and snapshots begin from the next daily run.
Personal consultation
You ask for half an hour with the team, one to one, at a time that suits you. The subject is yours: which agent to start with, how to wire it to your mail and Telegram, or why the one already running has started behaving oddly.
You ask on your dashboard and we come back with a time. It is neither compulsory nor urgent: the heading above is how often you may, not how often you should, and the dashboard says how many you have left. A separate hour one to one is still on sale by itself, on any plan or none.
This is what a plan gets today. We are early and our own costs move, so these details can change; if a change ever takes away something you are paying for, the Terms of Service let you cancel and have the unused part back.

Before you order
Can anyone here read my Claude chats?
No. The chats in the Claude app are not available to us. Markdown files and other data on the virtual server technically can be, but they are only ever looked at as part of support you have asked for, or during a security incident. You can always encrypt them; separate instructions for that are coming.
Is a Claude licence or API access included in the subscription?
No. You bring your own Anthropic account. We recommend a Claude Pro or Max plan rather than API billing: that is what Claude Code is priced for, and an agent working through the night costs far more per token on the API.
Can I use the server for agents other than Claude?
Technically yes: it is a Linux machine and it is yours. We cannot support anything else properly yet, so whatever you install beside Claude Code you are running on your own. We will widen support to other agents as we go.
What are the limitations?
No information security work of any kind, no spam, no reselling the machine as hosting, and nothing unlawful, including anything that breaks UK, US or EU rules on sanctions and trade restrictions. The complete list is in the Acceptable Use Policy. If you are in any doubt, ask us before you order.
Do I need a subscription to book a one to one call?
No. The hour above is bought on its own, with a plan or without one. Describe what you need in some detail when you ask, so we can be sure we are able to help and come to the call prepared.
Can I pay in another currency?
Not for now: we charge in euros only. Any international Visa or Mastercard works whatever currency the card is in, and your bank does the conversion.
Can I pay for the content alone?
No, a plan is one offer: the machine and the sessions that come with it. The written cases stay free for everybody to read, subscription or not.
